2012 Availabilities

Concerning the 2012 Season, please note that Pink House is still available during the following periods:

- from the 1st May until the 31st of May 2012.

- from the 15th of June until the 19th of July 2012.

- from the 31st of August until the 7th of September 2012 (one week).

- from the 21st of September until the end of October 2012.

Changeover Days

The changeover day is Friday.

Concerning May and October 2012, though, a different changeover day may be accepted, upon availabilities.

Reservations

Pink House is being offered to you as it is currently available for your holiday dates, but at anytime a booking could be taken.

We operate on a first reserved basis.

Please note that you can reserve (and subsequently book) Pink House for a minimum of seven nights.

The above prices concern the overall property and do not depend on the exact number of guests. Pink House can comfortably sleep up to six adults, plus one infant (one cot is available).

If you would like to reserve Pink House for your holidays, just fill in the Enquiries Form and click on the Submit Form button. Alternatively, you may send us an e-mail.

We will reserve the required dates for five (5) working days with no commitment from your end in order for you to arrange your flight details.

If Pink House is not available for the required dates, we will contact you the soonest possible proposing all available alternatives.

What is included in the Price

Taxes: The above prices include all local and government taxes.

Arrival: If you tell us the exact time of your arrival, we will come at the airport and pick you up by taxi(s). The transportation fees are on us!

Welcome Hamper: On your arrival at the Pink House you will find a welcome hamper containing all you need to prepare a good breakfast and several other essentials. This is very helpful, especially for late arrivals.

Maid Service: your maid will visit the house three times a week. Linen and towel change twice a week.

Air-conditioning: All three bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with an air-conditioning system.

Sun-beds: Pink House offers six sun-beds to its Guests, for free use.

Safe: One safe is available to our Guests.

Other: Please note that a cot and a high-chair are also available, as well as an iron and an iron-board.

Representative Services: Joanna will provide you with a 24/7 telephone number and ensure you fully enjoy your holidays at Pink House. She will offer you all kind of assistance concerning our villa, and all kind of tourist services concerning your staying in Kalami.

Bookings for 2012 have already started ! You may fill in and send us the above Form, or contact us directly to receive further information.

Payment details

Advance payment: Pink House can be reserved, with no commitment from your end, for a period of five working days. This will give you enough time to make your travel arrangements. Once you are ready to book Pink House, then a minimum of 30% deposit will be required. We will contact you by email and send you all details concerning the payment procedure.

Balance Payment: The final payment (70%) will be made twelve weeks before your arrival.

Cancelling dates already reserved

In case you want to cancel your reservation, you are kindly requested to notify us immediately so as to make the reserved dates available to others.

Our flight agent in Corfu may help you find the flights you need. You are welcome to send Kalami Tourist Services an e-mail, to see what options are available. They will endeavour to find flights availabilities as soon as possible.
